LILANO, expert in physico-chemical and microbiological analyses of food chains

The LILANO food analysis laboratory applies rigorous, high-performance methods in food microbiology and physical chemistry. These disciplines enable our customers to control their production, both in terms of the physico-chemical composition of their raw materials and finished products, as well as the search for contaminants or micro-organisms likely to impair the organoleptic quality or marketability of their products.

These analyses make it possible to prevent allergies and health risks linked to bacteria, viruses, parasites and other fungi through bacteriological analyses, to control product aging and deterioration, and to standardize and optimize industrial and preservation processes.

LILANO relies on experts with the skills to offer customized, innovative solutions tailored to each sector and developed in line with market expectations.
